Refunds

Pro and Venue come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you buy either one and decide within 30 days that it isn't for you, write to us and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

• Pro: refundable in full within 30 days of purchase.
• Venue: refundable in full within 30 days of the start of the licence term.
• Home is free, so there is nothing to refund.
• Enterprise refunds follow the terms in your agreement.

Email houseclock@hotstackpoker.com from the address you bought with, and include your licence key or the receipt from your purchase. That is all we need to find it.

A person reads every request. We won't put you through a retention script or ask you to justify the decision.

We process refunds within three business days of your request. Once it's processed, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and it typically takes another five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, the licence it paid for is deactivated. Anything you created stays on your computer; a refund removes the licence, not your data.
